"Where focus goes, energy flows"- Tony Robbins
Are you leaking energy or creating energy in your everyday life?
Energy is something that we need to create.
1. Make Yourself a Priority. Just like when you are on an airplane, the flight attendant tells you to “put your oxygen mask on first,” before helping others. Because if you run out of oxygen yourself, you can't help anyone else with their oxygen mask.
2. Practice Gratitude. Putting your focus into seeing what you have instead of everything you don´t have, will both save and give you some great energy.
3. Be Generous. "There is no exercise better for the heart than reaching down and lifting people up."- John Holmes
4. Create good habits driven by discipline.
5. Get enough exercise. "Exercise boosts your body’s fitness and also your mood, both of which contribute to your overall health and well-being." - Robert Gotlin, DO, a specialist in sports medicine at Lenox Hill Hospital and Mt. Sinai Hospital in New York City
6. Embrace a healthy diet & supplement your food. Most even well-planned diet has gaps. When you supplement your food, make sure you add high-quality supplements.
